Using a dedicated Ethernet VLAN connected into the client's equipment, Data Electronics can monitor any parameters desired. This covers variables such as CPU utilisation, Disk capacity, Processor load, URL availability and application specific variables such as SQL performance counters. Clients can choose from a list of monitors relevant to their specific needs.

Monitor alarms are triggered once pre-agreed thresholds are reached. In this event escalation procedures are initiated, which again are predetermined with each client. We meet the needs of our clients anytime of the day or night. This might range from simply informing customers and rebooting servers, right up to our senior engineering staff taking full ownership to resolution.
